“SolisShe” translates to “She is the Sun”. The inspiration behind the name stems from my daughter’s name, Soleil, french word meaning “the Sun”. How her name came to be is a whole story in itself.

With that being said, this isn’t just a brand to me, but more like a way of life. I’ve gone through plenty of phases, but I’ve always circled back to the bright eyed, artsy and quirky little girl I once was… just all grown up now. After having a little girl of my own, I knew I had to deepen and solidify my purpose.

My beginnings were humble, to say the least— but my vision was always full of color and hope for a brighter tomorrow. Although my circumstances were not ideal as a young girl, with a pencil and paper in hand I felt confident that I could create my own world and rewrite my story.

There were many times in my life when I felt uncertain, underestimated, and far from the woman I knew I could become.. but I dreamt of her everytime I closed my eyes.

Somewhere between the growing pains, transitioning into motherhood, late nights, hard lessons, and rediscovering my voice, some things shifted. I stopped playing it small, and I stopped recounting the past. I started finding my flow.

What began as colorful ideas and quiet moments with a sketchbook turned into a declaration: I am allowed to build something beautiful with what I have always loved— with the skills and passion that I was born with. This space is unique, sunny, girly, and full of personality — but it’s also rooted in resilience and can relate to anyone who has always felt that spark in their soul to be the bright shining star God intended us all to be.

Like I said, this isn’t just a brand, and I dont just sell art pieces. This is my heart in visual form. I craft hope. I create fearlessness. I influence, and produce power.
